Same Day Service
We offer same day service within a 30 mile radius. If you don’t have air or heat of some type, we will come out to service your unit the same day that you place the service call.
We offer our services everyday – even on weekends and holidays. Our office hours are from 8:00 – 5:00 Monday thru Friday, but one of our technicians will be on call after normal business hours. We have someone on call for repairs at all times. Just call our business number (662-534-9611) and your call will be forwarded to the technician on call. They will be happy to assist you.
Service Contract
We offer a service contract that will keep your unit maintained throughout the year. This contract will allow us to come to your home or business 2 times a year – once for Spring/Summer start up and once for Fall/Winter start up. We will change your filters and do routine maintenance on the air conditioning for Spring/Summer and the furnace for Fall/Winter, and leave you with enough filters to change out in between times. Ice Machine Service and Rentals
We sell, rent, and repair ice machines. When we rent an ice machine to you, we will be responsible for any repairs. The only thing you are responsible for is keeping the filter changed. With our rentals, we guarantee you ice! If your ice machine should break down, we will provide you with ice or ask you to purchase ice from a store and keep your receipts. We will deduct the amount that you had to pay for ice from your rent upon turning in your receipts.
Air Filters
We stock all standard filters, and most pleated filter sizes. You can buy them individually or we sell them by the case of 12. When you come in and buy a full case, you will get a 10% discount. We also offer delivery of filters for a small fee. (10% discount not available on delivery orders)
